Enjoyed my time. No 2 days are the same and liked the challenge of trying to be as efficient as possible. Days can fly by especially during the heavy volume days. Pros Autonomy to do your job and move at your own pace as long as job gets done. Outdoor work, constantly moving. Always opportunities for overtime hours. Cons Tough to get hired full-time with advancement based on seniority over performance.

Great pay, hours, and my personal experience with management was good. Pros benifits. Cons can be labor intensive. Awesome job. Most people pretty happy working here. I worked here seasonally. The pay was surprisingly good. No micro management. I tried to stop work around night time because finding addresses etc. Their main drivers work a lot of hours.

I work the sorting aisle at the midnight shift and they never rarely have enough people so you are picking up the slack. Benefits are good but it is very hard to get it since you have to work hours in a 3 month period but they send you home after 3 hours every night. Their main priority is getting everything unloaded as quickly as possible the sorting aisle is always overflowing and not getting sorted properly.

The packages are never sorted properly either. Good place to work. Hours can be long depending on how heavy your route is for the day. Enjoyed working there and being out on my own rather than in an office with management breathing down your neck.
Pros Pay, benefits, schedule. Cons Long days. There is nothing but favoritism is UPS. They hire 19 year olds and make them supervisors and expect everything to go smooth. They do not know how to run a company.

UPS Its fixed now. But your website wouldnt accept my card didn't give a reason. The virtual assistant is not fit for purpose. Customer service put me through to 5 different people. And because it is outsourced the line was terrible. Not a pleasant uxp. Maybe the video doesn't reflect the real issue.
They consistently fail where UPS have no problem whatsoever. Customer service is pointless too! I cannot be the only one that gets frustrated upon seeing that UPS are handling your package. Even there so many driver wasting their time while they deliver. They just scan the items and and punch them while they are shopping around and spending time with family.
